Dr. Acsah Peter is the Founder and Director of Tevanova Techtrade Private Limited. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Erebuni Medical Academy Foundation (MAF), Armenia and V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine. With a strong foundation in discipline, empathy, and problem-solving, she brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to the startup ecosystem.

Her international exposure includes serving as the International Students Co-ordinator at Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine, and as a volunteer with the Armenian Volunteer Corps, experiences that have shaped her focus on impact-driven innovation and inclusive leadership.

At Tevanova, Dr. Acsah oversees strategic planning and plays a key role in aligning the company’s long-term vision with social responsibility, franchise empowerment, and sustainable growth.

In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with the Emerging Startup Award 2025 by Business Insight Magazine, a testament to her leadership in driving innovation and equity in India's startup landscape.

Shibina Shyni is a Director at Tevanova Techtrade Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the company’s strategic governance, stakeholder alignment, and policy-level oversight. Her leadership helps ensure that Tevanova remains rooted in its founding values of innovation with integrity, transparency, and grassroots empowerment.

In parallel to her corporate role, Shibina has an active presence in the media and social impact ecosystem. She has served as Coordinator at Prana Vision Wave Pvt. Ltd., where she was involved in program planning, outreach, and content coordination for socially relevant communication initiatives.

Shibina is also a seasoned anchor and show host, recognized for her warm stage presence, clarity of voice, and ability to connect deeply with audiences. Whether it’s hosting events, moderating discussions, or leading public outreach, she brings storytelling and empathy into every space she enters.

Additionally, Shibina is an active social worker associated with Kottoor Geethanjali (NGO), where she continues to champion causes related to women's empowerment, education, and community development. Her blend of administrative skills, media fluency, and grassroots experience makes her a key voice in aligning Tevanova’s technological journey with its social mission.

Archana S B serves as the Chief Technical Officer of Tevanova Techtrade Pvt. Ltd., where she leads hardware development, technical quality control, and system integration for the company’s flagship innovation—Chuvarbot. Her precision-driven approach ensures that every machine meets the rigorous demands of on-field deployment, especially in varied Indian terrain and climate conditions.

Archana is also the Founder of Computer Agora, a well-established computer sales and servicing firm. Under her leadership, Computer Agora has grown beyond retail—now serving as a critical backend support partner for Tevanova, providing hands-on expertise in assembling, testing, and maintaining several of the hardware systems used in Chuvarbot and other upcoming products.

Her combined experience in running a hardware servicing firm and developing production-ready CNC systems gives her a unique operational edge. At Tevanova, she anchors the transition from R&D prototypes to factory-standard, reliable machines—enabling scalable deployment across Kerala and beyond.

Shakkib Geethanjali is the Chief Executive Officer of Tevanova Techtrade Pvt. Ltd. and the original inventor of Chuvarbot—a cutting-edge CNC rail-guided spray-plotting system developed to transform outdoor wall advertising in India. He is the primary innovator and strategic driver behind Tevanova’s flagship technology and its franchise-based execution model.

Shakkib brings a diverse and global leadership background. He has previously served as CEO of Powercruit LLC in Armenia and Oceanover Group in Ukraine (prior to the war), and has also built ventures across India including Zyolearn Education Pvt. Ltd., Oceanover Education Pvt. Ltd., and Brandura Associates. These experiences have equipped him with a rare mix of product-building grit, business acumen, and grassroots understanding.

Beyond the boardroom and factory floor, Shakkib is a recipient of the Asian Book of World Records for his pioneering work in aerial cinematography—a testament to his creative and technical excellence. At Tevanova, he continues to blend art and engineering, leading a new era of green advertising, digital governance, and scalable micro-entrepreneurship.

Mr Asokan is the GM of Tevanova Techtrade. He is Retired Additional Secretary to Government of Kerala. He is a seasoned public finance expert and senior administrator with over two decades of distinguished service in the Government of Kerala.
He has served in critical roles across State Departments such as Finance, Tourism, Science & Technology, Kerala Police and Civil Supplies.

His career highlights include serving as Additional Secretary in the Finance Department of the Government Secretariat and General Manager at Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation (SUPPLYCO).
Known for his integrity, strategic thinking, and vigilance, Mr. Ashokan has played a key role in uncovering financial misappropriations worth crores of rupees and successfully implemented numerous public-sector schemes and projects.

At Tevanova, Mr. Asokan leads business operations, government liaison, and financial oversight, bringing unmatched experience in governance, team leadership, and project execution. His diplomatic acumen and dedication to transparency make him a pillar of trust and efficiency in our leadership team.
